Fill out the required information, then click “Submit”. You’ll only have to do this once. On the next page, select “American Refugee Committee” from the drop-down menu. Then, on the next page, scroll down to the "Vote" section and click "Submit Vote". Leave the browser window open for easy access for your next vote. Just reload or refresh the page after one hour has passed (by holding down CTRL and “R” at the same time), and you’ll be able to vote again by repeating Step #3. Thank you for your help!
